Work performed by Special Adviser to HR/VP
Dear European External Action Service,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All documentation available regarding the tasks performed by Ms Nathalie Tocci in her role of Special Adviser to HR/VP, including:
- Number of days worked;
- Number of missions performed; destination and purpose of each mission;
- Delegations that she has taken part of.
List of all meetings and/or calls attended by Ms Nathalie Tocci. The list should include:
- date, individuals attending and organisational affiliation, list of issues discussed, as well as minutes and other reports of these meetings and/or calls;
- All position papers, non-papers, memos, presentations produced by Ms. Nathalie Tocci, or that she contributed to produce.
I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready, and I would be pleased to receive an initial list of all documents as soon as possible.
Yours faithfully,
Alessandro Runci

Dear EEAS ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS,
The response to my request concerning "Work performed by Special Adviser to HR/VP'" is long overdue.
It is regrettable that the responsible Division has not replied to you yet, but since my request does not relate to a very large number of documents, I do not believe such delay is in line with the provisions of Article 7 of Regulation 1049/2001.
Therefore, I am submitting a confirmatory application in relation to my access to document request "Work performed by Special Adviser to HR/VP". I expect my application to be handled within 15 working days, in accordance to the relevant regulation.
Yours sincerely,
Alessandro Runci
