Mathias Schindler

Dear European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control,
Dear The ECDC Access to Documents team,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Work with Palantir'.

I have reason to believe that some documents falling within the scope of this request were not included in the initial reply to my request for access to documents. According to the information available, Palantir representatives had a conversation with ECDC's Andrea Ammon on or before April 15, 2020. No records of this or stemming from this conversation, such as internal notes, memos, emails concerning appointment making etc were released yet.

Based on the information released, there should be more information available at ECDC concerning the company Palantir's conduct.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/work...

Yours faithfully,

Mathias Schindler
