Dear Secretariat-General of the European Commission,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- All internal working documents containing positions, comments, legal analysis and text proposals of the Regulatory Scrutiny Board (RBS) produced before 12 September 2018 on the proposal for a Regulation on preventing the dissemination of terrorist content online (COM(2018) 640 final).
If available, I'm also requesting a French version of each of these documents.
Please note that I am requesting access only to anonymised documents without personally identifiable information.
