Thank you for your response to my request regarding access to documents on the Commission's submission to the ECJ in the case involving AirBnB. Unfortunately you seem to have sent me the response to a similar request on Uber, so I haven't actually received your reply or documents.

As mentioned below, and as explained in our letter (re-attached), please note that our reply covers both your requests for access to documents, i.e. Cases C-434/15 and C-390/18.
Unfortunately, access cannot be granted to the case involving AirBnB, due to the fact that this case in pending before the Court of Justice.
For further clarifications, kindly consult our letter.
