Your application for access to documents – GESTDEM 2021/7216
Dear Madam,
We refer to your e-mail of 05 November 2021, in which you make a request for access to
documents, found in the junk mail of the MOVE ACCES DOCUMENTS functional box,
and registered on 22 November 2021 under the abovementioned GESTDEM number.
Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a position to
complete the handling of your application within the extended time limit of 15 working
days, which expires on 12 January 2022.
The reason for this is that your application concerns a very large number of documents,
which need to be assessed individually. Such a detailed analysis cannot be carried out
within the normal time limits set out in Article 7 of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.
Moreover, the handling of your request involves the assessment of documents originating
from third parties, which need to be consulted on their disclosure, in accordance with
Article 4(4)
Therefore, we propose to answer to your request as soon as possible, and in any case not
later than 15 February 2022.
