The following documents have to be provided

For the applicant No 12 “FENA”, an official document (the law establishing the
entity, its statute, register document or other document) stating explicitly,
preferably underlined, that the entity has legal personality and capacity to sue in its
own name.

For the applicant No 14 “STA”, a signed declaration on the honour “DoH” either
using Qualified Electronic or blue ink handwritten signature.

For the applicant No 10 “EFE”, the declaration on the honour “DoH” should be
signed by the legal representative(s) mentioned on your application form: there was
a discrepancy between the application form and the declaration on the honour.

For the applicants No 3 “ANSA” and No 13 “MIA”, they should make sure their
electronic signatures are valid and qualified within the meaning of Regulation (EU)
No 910/2014 (eIDAS Regulation) or provide blue ink handwritten signed versions.
Current versions of DoH do not pass the validation tool as referred in the call and
DoH template provided.
For applicants using Qualified Electronic Signature (QES), please remind them to check
their digital signature as well as the validity of the certificate with one of the following
tools:

check the validity of a certificate by indicating the number and type of valid
signatures in a document.
- EU Trusted List Browser can be consulted in order to check whether the
electronic signature provider and the trust service it provides are part of European
Union Trusted List: https://esignature.ec.europa.eu/efda/tl-browser/#/screen/home
To make sure you use a QES compliant to elDAS Regulation, applicants need to check
that both the service provider and the qualified certificate generation service used are
included in the EU Trusted List Browser.
