Dear Ms Eberhardt, 
We refer to your request of 17 November 2022 for access to documents, registered on 18 
November 2022 under the reference number GESTDEM 2022/6676. 
You requested access to:  
1)  all  correspondence  (including  email)  since  January  2021  between  Commission 
President  von  der  Leyen  and/or  officials  from  the  Secretariat  General  with 
representatives of German companies and associations from the financial sector, on 
the issue of Basel III.
