Dear Ms Verdu Sanmartín,
Thank you for your email received on 10 June 2023, in which yoy apply for access to documents in
accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, that is applicable to documents held by the European
Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) under Art. 119(1) of Regulation (EU) No 2018/11391.
In accordance with Article 2(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/20012, we have requested you on 13 June
2023 and 23 June 2023 of any document confirming that you are an EU citizen or EU resident. To date,
we have not received any proof of eligibility in accordance with Article 2(1), for this reason we regret
to inform you that this Agency cannot process further your request.
Should you wish to submit any further request to access to EASA documents, we advise you to have a

request access to documents and how to provide us with a proof of eligibility
