Strasbourg, 21/11/2014
Dear Mr Strack,
On 3 November 2014, we registered a request in which you asked for "
all
documents (incl. all annexes) which have not yet been made public and relate to your
own initiative inquiry OI/1/2014/PMC concerning whistleblowing, especially but not
limited to the replies you got from the different institutions." (Reference INC2014-
004573.)
Please find attached most of the documents currently contained on the
file. One letter from the European Parliament carries a confidentiality mark,
and my services are currently looking into whether public access can, fully or
partially, be granted nevertheless. We will let you know as soon as possible.
The documents have been slightly redacted in order to protect personal
data and to reduce the risk of spam through online crawlers.
Please also note that we internally did a search for documents that,
although not contained on the file of the inquiry here concerned, may be
covered by your request. However, it turned out that we are not in possession
of any such additional documents.
Yours sincerely,
Emily O'Reilly
