starting at 12:30 and ending at 14:45. 
On this occasion we will be the guests of Mr. 
 Director European Union Affairs, 
Head of Brussels Office, DOW Chemical Company, who has kindly offered to host this event.  
We expect corporate members, officials and representatives of the political and diplomatic 
communities to enrol early for this round-table debate.

Enrolments will be accepted in order of receipt, with priority given to members and supporters of 
the AECA.  Because we adhere strictly to the format of all participants being seated at one 
single table, the number of places available will be strictly limited.   
Attendance at AECA Round-Tables is free of charge for AECA members, Ambassadors and EC 
Officials. Please expect to receive a further letter confirming a place and providing final details, 
including the location.
