documents registered under the above mentioned reference numbers.
You requested access to:
1. GestDem No 2016 – 7238
"…-on the topic of endocrine disruptors (also spelled: disrupters), all emails with in
attachment scientific studies, or in general documents containing conclusions drawn by
scientists or scientific organisations, sent to officials/representatives of the European
Commission (all DGs, including the SG) by third parties (between March 15th 2016 and
December 22th 2016).
This request entails the emails and their attachments.
When 'officials' are mentioned in this request this includes the Commissioners and their
Cabinet members, as well as the Commission President and his Cabinet."

meetings between officials of DG ENV and officials the US Environmental Protection
Agency (EPA), between October 2015 and December 22th 2016.
When 'officials' are mentioned in this request this includes the Commissioner and his
Cabinet members."
3. GestDem No 2017 – 151
"…-on the topic of endocrine disruptors (also spelled: disrupters), all minutes of
meetings or any other reports of such meetings between officials/representatives of the
European Commission (all DGs, including the SG) and scientists (between March 15th
2016 and December 22th 2016).
When 'officials' are mentioned in this request this includes the Commissioners and their
Cabinet members, as well as the Commission President and his Cabinet."
Your applications are currently being handled. However, we will not be in a position to
complete the handling of your applications within the time limit of 15 working days, which
expire on 23/01/2017 (GESTDEM 2016-7238 and 2017-151) and on 25/01/2017
(GESTDEM 2017-0052).
An extended time limit is needed since in order to retrieve possible documents subject to
your requests, large files have to be examined. In addition, some of the documents requested
originate from third parties which have been consulted.
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in accordance with
Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents. The
new time limit expires on 13/02/2017 (for GESTDEM 2016-7238 and 2017-151) and
15/02/2017 (GESTDEM 2017-0052).
