Dear Mr Turcek,
We refer to your email dated 08/09/2017 in which you submitted, within the framework
of Regulation (EC) 1049/20011, an application for access to documents.
You requested access to the following documents:

Detailed budget (other than the estimate budget which you already have), including
invoices for goods and services and fees for the speakers in connection to organization of
the REIN EU conference taking place in 2016 in Bratislava, as per the grant agreement
ID 685722 ReinEu2016.
We have identified only one document falling under the scope of your request
(hereinafter the 'requested document'), namely the report on explanations on the use of
resources which was submitted on the occasion of the financial report of grant agreement
ID 685722 ReinEu2016.
We are pleased to inform you that full access can be granted to the requested document.
For your information, the Commission is not in possession of any invoices as in Horizon
2020 financial reporting, the Commission works on a trust basis with beneficiaries who

provide in their financial statements aggregate amounts for categories of costs. Detailed
records and other supporting documentation demonstrating the eligibility of the costs
declared must be kept by the beneficiaries and made available only upon request by the
Commission or in the context of checks, reviews, audits or investigations.
