Dear Project Promoters
Can you please give your consent for sharing the PS CBA data for your project group with the EIB and other prospective lenders to the projects in the corridor? For the moment it seems that TAP needs it urgently in the context of its talks with the lenders but I would imagine that this sooner or later this may be topical to all of the projects in the group that the lenders will want to see CBA results in the context of due diligence. I understand that to date only DESFA responded to TAP's request below
Thank you in advance

Subject: TAP - CBA SGC_01 group
Dear Milosz, Adam,
With regard to the preparation of CBA in the PCI process, as you know, it was the promoters’ final responsibility to prepare the CBA and they have decided to give the official mandate to run the CBA assessment to ENTSO-G. According to its mandate, ENTSO-G has shared the CBA information regarding the assessed group of projects only with the promoters of that specific group and not with other project promoters or third parties. Therefore, it is our faculty as a promoter to obtain consent from the other promoters part of the SGC_01 group if we would like to share the CBA results with third parties.
As you may know from publicly available sources, TAP is looking for financing from external sources, such as the European Investment Bank (EIB). As part of its assessment, the EIB is interested in seeing a CBA. We would like to inform the Commission that we would like to share (1) ENTSO-G’s CBA prepared for the SGC_01 group and (2) what we have submitted to the Commission, ACER and the NRAs on the 16th and 19th of June with the EIB and with prospective lenders to the TAP project. In this regard, TAP has requested the consent of the other promoters of SGC_01 group today. Please note that TAP has concluded a non-disclosure agreement with the EIB and thus the CBA information we would share under items (1) and (2) above would be subject to the terms of that agreement. Going forward, we will inform you the name of any other prospective lender to the TAP project that may request the CBA data.
Should you have any questions on the above, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Kind regards,
Simina
