Dear Madam,
We refer to your e-mail dated 22/01/2018 in which you make a request for access to
documents, registered on 26/01/2018 under the above mentioned reference number.
You request access to a list of all lobby meetings held by DG AGRI since 24 June 2016
on Brexit and the article 50 negotiations on the UK's exit from the EU.
We regret to inform you that no documents were found that would correspond to the
description given in your application.
As specified in Article 2(3) of Regulation 1049/2001, the right of access as defined in
that regulation applies only to existing documents in the possession of the institution.
Given that no such documents, corresponding to the description given in your
application, are held by DG AGRI, we are not in a position to handle your request.
In accordance with Article 7(2) of Regulation 1049/2001, you are entitled to make a
confirmatory application requesting the Commission to review this position.
Such a confirmatory application should be addressed within 15 working days upon receipt
of this letter to the Secretary-General of the Commission at the following address:

Brexit was addressed during the following regular meetings of Civil Dialogue Groups1
that took place at the following dates:
10/03/2017 – International aspects of Agriculture
08/06/2017 – Forestry and Cork
15/09/2017 – Arable crops – Sugar and starch sectors
17/10/2017 - Milk
16/11/2017 – Animal products – Beef meat sector
21/11/2017 - Sector sheep and goat meat
13/12/2017 – Arable crops – Sugar and rice
