Subject: Update - Milk and CP Audit

Dear

Thanks again for the very constructive meeting last week; we very much appreciate your guidance related to
the questions.

I just wanted to follow up on two issues we discussed.

Schedule for the first two batches of milk into Lattakia Port
15 Oct – 1508 MT (15-20 days for port clearance)
18 Nov – 657 MT (10 days for port clearance)

CP Audit
As we discussed, we will be carrying out a comprehensive cooperating partner audit this year. The audit will
be completed by an external firm (one of the four large auditing companies). However, please note that it
has been pushed to 1Q2017.

Best regards,
