next EFILA Annual Conference 31 Jan 2019 in
London

Dear
,
[Article 4(1)(b)]

We are organzing our next Annual Conference
on 31 Jan in London and would very much like
to have you as our keynote speaker.

This year the topic is: The EU and the future of
international investment law and arbitration,
see attached draft programme.

Your are of course free to select the topic of the
keynote (around 45 min) as long as it fits the
general theme of the conference.

We plan to have a few commentators discussing
the keynote and also let the audience come in too.

So, it should be a perfect fit for you.

We know that you do speak at other events of
NGOs and other organizations and so we would
very much appreciate it if you would engage in a
dialogue also with us.

Just to confirm: EFILA is an international,
independent NGO registered in the EU
Transparency Register 877607714842-74.

The event will be public, aiming at arbitration
practitioners, academics, policy makers ect. and of
course 1 or 2 EC colleagues will get a free pass.

So, I very much hope you will accept our
invitation.

We will have a speakers' dinner the evening
before.

Looking forward hearing from you.

Happy to discuss over the phone.

Greetings
