Update on your application for access to documents – GESTDEM 2020/1887 in
connection with GESTDEM 2019/5189
Dear Ms Klann,
I refer to our letter of 29 April 2020, answering your e-mail dated 11 March 2020 in which you
made a request for access to documents and registered on 3 April 2020 under reference number
GESTDEM 2020/1887.
In this framework, you request access to:
“- the list of contracts concluded with insurance companies mentioned in your confirmatory
decision [GESTDEM 2019/5189]1]
- calls for applications, evaluation, award decisions concerning these contracts mentioned above.”
I provided you the list of contracts managed by the Office of Administration and Payment of
Individual Entitlements (PMO) with insurance companies. In this context, please note that an error was
discovered in two of the contract references included in our letter, namely those under points 4 and 5
below. For ease of communication, I join again the complete set of data and documents.
Therefore, please find below the corrected list of contracts managed by PMO:
1. 2011/S 121-199557 : Framework service contract on operational liability insurance of
the institutions, bodies and agencies of the European Union with MARSH
2. 2016/S 173-310500, Framework service contract on accidents and death for non-
statutory staff with AXA
