We refer to your e-mail dated 23/09/2019 in which you submitted an application for
access to documents, within the framework of Regulation (EC) 1049/20011. Following a
request for your postal address, your application was registered on 25 September 2019
under the abovementioned reference number.
1. SCOPE OF YOUR REQUEST
You requested access to:
‘the list of registered participants to the European Research and Innovation Days event,
organised this week by the European Commission. Please remove the names of all
individuals, as I only need organisational affiliations.’
We understand that you are interested in obtaining only the names of the organisations
whose representatives have participated to this event. Following this, we have identified
one document falling under the scope of your request (hereinafter the 'requested

2. FULL ACCESS UNDER REGULATION (EC) NO 1049/2001
