I  refer  to  your  request  of  31  March  2020,  registered  on  the  same  day  under  the  above 
mentioned GestDem reference number.  
Your  request  concerns  the  comments  issued  by  Malta  related  to  the  “Draft  Ministerial 
Decision  on  the  enactment  of  the  Gaming  Regulations  and  the  Gaming  Regulations 
Technical  Specifications  [TEP  (Τεχνικών  Προδιαγραφών  (ΤΕΠ)]  for  the  organisation 
and  running  of  online  games  of  chance”,  notified  by  Greece  under  notification 
2019/657/GR in the framework of Directive (EU) 2015/1535.1 
Having  analysed  your  request  in  the  light  of  Regulation  (EC)  No  1049/2001  regarding 
public  access  to  European  Parliament,  Council  and  Commission  documents2  and 
following the agreement to the disclosure by Malta, we consider access to the requested 
documents can be granted.
