Thank you for your request for access to documents, which the EEAS has examined in the 
framework of Regulation (EC) No 1049/20011.  
 
Following  your  request,  we  have  searched  for  documents/correspondence  related  to 
“meetings between EEAS and representatives of the pharmaceutical industry (companies, as 
well  as  organisations  such  as  EFPIA  and  the  International  Federation  of  Pharmaceutical 
Manufacturers and Associations, IFPMA) from December 1st 2019 onwards" in the EEAS 
filing  systems  and  document  management  databases.  In  addition,  we  have  also  asked  the 
EEAS relevant divisions and the EU Delegation in Geneva to search for such documents.  
 
However, I regret to inform you that the EEAS does not hold any document matching your 
request.
