We refer to your e-mail dated 5 June 2020 in which you make a request registered under
the above-mentioned reference number for access to documents under Regulation (EC)
No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2001 regarding
public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents.
You request access to:
“a copy of each Access to Documents request from 2018 and 2019 that was refused
registration because the requesting person did not provide a postal address.“
We inform you that DGT does not hold any documents that would correspond to that
description, since we have not refused any requests for lack of postal address during the
specified period.
In accordance with Article 7(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, you are entitled to make
a confirmatory application requesting the Commission to review this position.
