Subject:
access to documents request - Legislation influencing current and future potable
water supply use and restrictions/private and industrial
Dear Energy,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am
requesting documents which contain the following information:
Keywords: Water; natural environment; law; directives; enforcement; storage; energy/domestic and
industrial; chemical; pollution; UK's EU (Withdrawal) Bill

This request is in 7 parts:

1.  Water drawn from the natural water environment/provisions for industry and domestic use.
2.  Compatibility of EU's Water Framework Directive with up-to-date observed changes/ anomalies in
natural seasonal patterns of precipitation across the EU and in wider context.
3.  Potable water storage e.g. as ice and aquifer health; as water reservoirs and containers.
4. Annual estimated/predicted provisions of fresh water acquired for energy development and infrastructure
use.
5.  Permanent storage of "produce" water pertaining to the energy and chemicals industries which cannot be
rendered fit for the natural environment, thus must be contained and stored.
6. All applicable laws, treaties, directives and [Millenium Development] Goals etc. used to hold national
governments and industries to account in instances of breach of rules, and respective enforcement
mechanisms.
7.  Following exit day, the effect of Britain's planned withdrawal from the EU on its erstwhile compliance
with EU environmental rules, particularly regarding potable water.

The information you supply will help me when I return to lobby my MP in his advice surgeries. I am
affiliated to the
Foundation, however in this capacity I represent myself.

Yours faithfully,
