DG Budget agrees with the disclosure of its opinion to the inter-service consultation on the Farm to Fork 
strategy (as below), asking at the same time that references to individual units and peoples are deleted.

DG BUDGET ISC reply: “In the absence of the legislative financial statement, DG BUDG understands that 
there is no impact of the proposed “Communication… on the Farm to Fork Strategy for a Sustainable 
Food System” other than the one already foreseen in the current financial programming and in the 
Commission proposal for the new MFF 2021-27. As the MFF has not been adopted, measures should in 
any case be accommodated within the final allocation of future programmes. DG SANTE is kindly 
requested to confirm our understanding in writing.”

Please note that, according to SG instructions
, once the decision-making
process is over,  documents  relating  to  ISC  are  in  principle accessible. Access in
such cases is granted, unless a specific exception of Article 4 of Regulation 1049/2001
applies.

2.  The comments/documents uploaded in DECIDE Consultation for the ISC need to be 
registered in ARES as they need to be duly identified (even if they are finally not 
disclose). Please do so, if the mentioned documents are not already registered in Ares.
