Access to documents request - CERA Standard for sustainable raw materials
Dear Mr Nik Völker,
We acknowledge receipt of your request dated 6 January 2021 with subject “access to documents
request - CERA Standard for sustainable raw materials".
Your request was registered under reference number Ref.: 02-2021. This reference number will be
used for all correspondence related to your request.
The documents requested are the following:
- contractual documents or equivalent information held by EIT on the support and collaboration with
the below listed entities on the elaboration of the CERA Standard for the certification of raw materials
sourcing and supply chain, including any information held on sub-certifications like the CERA
Readiness Standard (CRS), the CERA Performance Standard (CPS), CERA Chain of Custody Standard
(CCS), and CERA Final Product Standard (CFS), and also any annexes, appendices, corrections or
subcontracts to information on funding or collaboration:
- University of Leoben
- University of Lleiden
- ISCC System GmbH
- LTU Business AB
- DMT GmbH & Co. KG
- TÜV NORD AG.
We will deal with your request in accordance with the principles and limits established in Regulation
(EC) 1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents
('the Regulation'), as applicable to the EIT pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EC) No 294/2008.
In accordance with the Regulation, you will receive a reply within 15 working days. The EIT may
extend this period by a further 15 working days in exceptional circumstances in accordance with the
Regulation.
The EIT is a body of the European Union
Should such an extension be applied, you will be informed of the extension and the related reasons in
due course.
