Dear Mr Molina Gracia, 
I  refer to  your  e-mail  of 18 January 2021,  registered on the same day under the above-
mentioned  reference  number,  in  which  you  request  access  to  “all  correspondence 
(including  reports,  official  letters,  emails,  databases,  attached  documents,  minutes  and 
meeting memoranda, as well as any other type of public document not mentioned in the 
previous  list)  sent  or  received  by  the  General  Secretariat  or  the  Presidency  of  the 
European  Commission,  and  specifically  by  President  Ursula  Von  der  Leyen  and  her 
team, from January 1, 2020 to the present on the covid-19 pandemic and issues related to 
it with the following regional governments in Spain: 
 

Government  of  Galicia,  known  as  Xunta  de  Galicia  [Especially  with  President 
Alberto Núñez Feijóo and his team]. 

Government  of  La  Rioja  [Especially  with  President  Concha  Andreu  and  her 
team]. 

Government of the Region of Murcia [Especially with President Fernando López 
Miras and his team]. 

Government of the Foral Community of Navarra, known as the Government of 
Navarra [Especially with the president María Chivite and her team]. 

Government  of  the  Basque  Country,  known  as  the  Basque  Government 
[Especially with President Íñigo Urkullu and his team]. 
 
You  also  asked  that  “both  the  communications  from  the  Spanish  regional  governments 
and the responses to these letters sent by Von der Leyen or any other member of her team 
 


 
be  included.  In  the  event  that  some  of  the  letters  have  not  been  answered  to  by  the 
Commission you request that it is also indicated to you.”
