Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following documents:

- all correspondence (including emails) dated 1 June 2008 - 31 May 2009 between former energy adviser Derek Taylor (employed at DG Energy and Transport) and representatives from Bellona, the Global Carbon Capture and Storage Institute, Burson Marsteller, Suez Environnment, Exxon Mobil Chemical, European Small Volume Car Manufacturers Alliance, Camfil Farr and/or the European Roundtable of Industrialists

- agendas plus minutes/reports of meetings dated 1 June 2008 - 31 May 2009 between former energy adviser Derek Taylor (employed at DG Energy and Transport) and representatives from Bellona, the Global Carbon Capture and Storage Institute, Burson Marsteller, Suez Environnment, Exxon Mobil Chemical,European Small Volume Car Manufacturers Alliance, Camfil Farr and/or the European Roundtable of Industrialists

I would like to make clear that I prefer you to produce the
documents on a rolling basis. The search for, or deliberation
concerning, specific documents should not delay the production of
others that the Commission has already retrieved or produced.
