Dear Agriculture and Rural Development,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) All correspondence, including emails, sent and received between DG AGRI
and representatives from the European Meat and Livestock Trades Union
(UECBV) since 01/01/2020 regarding the following policies:
a. EU Climate Law
b. EU Green Deal
c. Methane Strategy
d. Biodiversity Strategy
e. LULUCF
f. Farm to Fork

2) All documentation, including but not limited to, attendance lists, agendas,
background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or
summarising, the following meetings:
a. Meeting titled “Green Deal + Farm to Fork Objectives” between
representatives from the European Meat and Livestock Trades
Union (UECBV) and DG AGRI representatives Roberto Berutti and
Janusz Wojciechowski on 23/11/2020.
Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all
deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation.
Also, I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption
according to article 4.6.
