Activities performed so far by IOM under the SIBMMIL Phase I (T05-EUTF-NOA-LY-04) and Phase II (T05-EUTF-NOA-LY-07)
Dear International Partnerships,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- Documents containing the supposed aim and the final outcome of the activities performed
by IOM in Libya under the “Support to Integrated border and migration management in
Libya” First phase and Second phase in partnership with the Italian Minister of Interior.
- Documents containing the description of the already performed and expected activities
under the Activity n°6 of the Addendum 1 signed by DG NEAR regarding the “Strengthen the
Humanitarian Border Management and Health, Border and Mobility capacities of South
Libya authorities”.
- A detailed list of the activities performed so far in the same context by IOM.
- A list of the Libyan authorities involved in the aforementioned activities.
To the extent possible, I prefer documents in electronic format.
Should my request be denied wholly or partially, I kindly request to explain the denial or all redactions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I would expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.
