Dear Climate Action,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

The European Commission's technical analysis on amendments proposed to the Commission's proposals on CO2 emissions reductions for cars and vans, including an estimate that 60,000 jobs could be threatened by a 50% target and 50% Z/LEV benchmark .

Yours faithfully,

Neil Roberts
