Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I would like to access documents and information related to the second case you mentioned as occurred in 2011. The case of 2007 (on FRA misusing of one Annex, easy spending, irregular recruitments/promotions) etc. of was disclosed by OLAF under AskTheeu website at least two times.
Based on this precedent of disclosure an OLAF report on FRA activities (i.e. report 2007) I request access to the report of 2011.
I do not seek to access private data based on Regulation 45/2001 so the report can be redacted similarly to the previous one

The independence of FRA is provided for in the Council Regulation N° 168/2007 of 15 February 2007 establishing a European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA), in particular Article 12 par. 1 & 4, Article 14, Article 15 par. 15, Article 16 and Article 23 par. 1.
You requested access to the exchange of letters between Vice President Vivian Reding Reding and the Director of FRA Mr. Morten Kjaerum. Please find enclosed a copy of this correspondence.
