Dear European Parliament,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

The attendance files for all days since 2014, including the committee week.

Right now, I could find 251 attendance list during the plenary, but not for the MEPs presence in Brussels outside of their plenary work.

Could you publish them?

Yours faithfully,

xavier dutoit

Dear Mr Dutoit,

The attendance files of MEPs during the committee weeks are published in
the Minutes (Annex) of each Committee meeting. (here is an example of the
last Committee meeting:
[1]http://www.europarl.europa.eu/RegData/co...
)

Please visit Parliament's Public register where all Minutes of each
Committee can be found :
[2]http://www.europarl.europa.eu/RegistreWe....
The application allows to sort by year or by Committee.

If you wish to follow the attendance during the committee weeks of a
particular MEP, simply insert the "name of the MEP" as "keyword" in the
research menu
[3]http://www.europarl.europa.eu/RegistreWe....
Again the application allows different type of sorting.

Parliament trusts that the above links satisfy your research and on this
basis it considers your request as handled and the file closed. Please do
not hesitate to contact us again should you have a new request for
specific Parliament documents.
