- A list of meetings between Climate Action and ACEA and/or one of its members (BMW Group, DAF Trucks NF, Daimler AG, FCA, Ford of Europe GmbH, Hyundai Motor Europe GmbH, Iveco S.p.A., Jaguar Land Rover, Opel Group, PSA Peugeot Citroen, Renault SA, Toyota Motor Europe, Volkswagen AG, Volvo Car Corporation, Volvo Group) regarding COP21 and/ or climate policy at UNFCCC level, with dates and topics of meetings included;

- minutes of the above meetings;

- all correspondence with the above mentioned actors on COP21 and/or climate policy at UNFCCC level;

Please ensure that all documents are sent as soon as they are found, rather than waiting for the entirety of the request to be met e.g. send through the list of meetings before all minutes are gathered.

We refer to your email  dated 18^th August 2015 in which you make a
request for access to information relating to meetings between our
Director General and explicitly named external parties which has been
registered on 19^th August 2015 as GestDem 2015/4435.

 

Your application is currently being handled. We will not be in a position
to complete the handling of your application within the time limit of 15
working days, which expired on 9^th September 2015. Therefore, we have to
extend the time limit with 15 working days in accordance with Article 7(3)
of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents. The
new time limit expires on 30^th September 2015.
