Case T-300/10, Internationaler Hilfsfonds eV v European Commission, correspondence between the applicant and the Commission

La solicitud fue exitosa.

Mr. Charilaos. DROSOS

Dear Secretariat General (SG),

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All requests herein are framed in the context of the Judgment of the General Court of the Case T-300/10, Internationaler Hilfsfonds eV v European Commission, http://curia.europa.eu/juris/document/do....

Copies of the following documents are kindly requested:

1. The letters of 28 and 31 August 2009 (initial application) of Internationaler Hilfsfonds eV referred to in §10 of the Judgment.

2. The Commission’s initial response of 9/10/ 2009 referred to in §12 of the Judgment.

3. The confirmatory application of 15/10/2009 referred to in §13 of the Judgment

4. The Commission’s Decision of 29/10/2010 referred to in §17 of the Judgment

5. The Commission’s letter of 20/7/2010 referred to in §55 of the Judgment

6. The Commission’s letter(s) drawn up after the delivery of the Judgment notifying Internationaler Hilfsfonds which particular documents the Commission would further release, partially or fully as the case may be, in order to comply with the Judgment.

It is clarified that the applicant is not requesting the release of the documents Internationaler Hilfsfonds eV had applied for, but merely the ‘correspondence’ between the then applicant and the Commission.

In view of the length of the Judgment and the detailed information disclosed therein, it is difficult to see which parts of the requested documents might be subject to the exceptions of article 4 of Regulation No 1049/2001, save some very tiny parts of the documents disclosing the identities of natural persons – data subjects.

Yours faithfully,

Mr. Charilaos. DROSOS
