COI assessments members EAGCP
Dear Competition,
Article 11 of the Commission horizontal rules on expert groups stipulates that Commission departments shall do a screening to determine if a conflict of interest exists in case of an affirmative DOI submitted by applicants to a Commission expert group.
Several members of the Economic Advisory Group on Competition Policy (EAGCP) expert group have submitted such an affirmative DOI.
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents related to such a conflict of interest assessment of the current members of the EAGCP expert group.
Yours faithfully,
Bram Vranken
