on behalf of Corporate Europe Observatory (CEO), I would like to - under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties as developed in Regulation 1049/2001 - request access to the following documents:
- all reports (and other notes) from Commission President Von Der Leyen's meeting with representatives of the European Round Table for Industry (ERT) on March 1st 2022 (a meeting that was also attended by President Macron and Prime Minister Scholz).
- all correspondence (including emails and WhatsApp messages) related to this meeting.
