Commission roundtable, memorandum, and EU principles for sustainable raw materials

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- information on the Commission's "roundtable for environmentally and socially sustainable raw materials" as mentioned in Maroš Šefčovič's Battery Summit 2021 speech, delivered on March 22nd 2021
- information on the "EU Principles for sustainable raw materials" as mentioned in Maroš Šefčovič's Battery Summit 2021 speech, delivered on March 22nd 2021
- information on the "Memorandum of understanding" relates to the "partnership on batteries" under Horizon Europe program, to be signed by the Commission in June 2021, as mentioned in Maroš Šefčovič's Battery Summit 2021 speech, delivered on March 22nd 2021

European Parliament, Council and Commission documents, your application

The time limit will expire on 26 April 2021. In case this time limit needs
to be extended, you will be informed in due course.

has no link with any institution of the European Union.

Therefore, the European Commission cannot be held accountable for any
