Estamos a la espera de que Scott Brown lea una respuesta reciente y de que actualice el estado.

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain information pertaining to a reference made in European Parliament resolution of 12 March 2019 on security threats connected with the rising Chinese technological presence in the EU and possible action on the EU level to reduce them (2019/2575(RSP)).

The motion specifically states "having regard to the statements by the Council and the Commission of 13 February 2019 on security threats connected with the rising Chinese technological presence in the EU and possible action on the EU level to reduce them".

I would like access to the text of the statement from the Commission made on 13th February 2019 regarding China-related security threats, and any related internal documents/communications between the Commission and Member States and/or other EU institutions, and/or Members of the European Parliament (including their offices/staff and the EP parties) during the drafting of the above statement and subsequent documents/communications on the matter following publication of the statement.

Yours faithfully,
