Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, and Regulation 1367/2006, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

The time period I am interested in is: January 10, 2022 - February 21, 2024.
Since the information might at least partly also concern "activities affecting or likely to affect" the "state of the elements of the environment", I believe Regulation 1367/2006 applies.
Should you encounter any difficulties in interpreting or processing my request, I am ready to discuss ways to clarify or amend it to keep the effort required on your part to the necessary minimum.
Please send me an acknowledgement of receipt for this request, as foreseen by Article 7 (1) of Regulation 1049/2001. I would appreciate it if you could send a list of documents that correspond to my request. Please note I prefer to receive the documents in digital format, not by physical mail. I also kindly request you make and digital files searchable using OCR.

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
I am writing to you about the response by DG Agri. I find it very unlikely these two documents are the only documents held by DG Agri, for three reasons.
1. Piet Adema has made many trips to Brussels and has attended events like the informal ministerial meeting on agriculture on 5 September 2023 in Cordoba, which Mr. Wojciechowski also attended (https://spanish-presidency.consilium.eur...). Therefore I find it unlikely that DG Agri only has documents on the June 27 meeting between Mr. Adema and (members of the cabinet of) Mr. Wojciechowski.
2. Furthermore, I find it also unlikely that this bilateral meeting on 27 June 2023 only resulted in the two documents you sent. Were there no meeting notes? Follow-up questions? Draft-versions of the briefing? Reports? Communication about setting up the meeting?
3. Finally, you have also not identified any documents relating to meetings with Mark Rutte, although they have in fact taken place (example: https://www.eumonitor.eu/9353000/1/j9vvi...). I kindly request you take another look.
I kindly ask you to respond to these complaints. If these complaints have not been addressed by the time I have received the responses by other Directorates-General, I will request an internal review.
