Dear Human Resources and Security,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- any mentioning or discussion on the reputation of private security companies that the Commission or other EU institutes of EU agencies contracts or intends to contract
- any mentioning or discussion on questions regarding the (possible) contracting of private security companies might raise in the European Parliament or beyond
- any mentioning of news or reporting regarding private security firms that the Commission contracts or intends to contract

..in the period 2013 until now.

Under 'documents' I also understand emails and minutes and reports relating to meetings in which these affairs were discussed.

I have been in touch with Andreana Stankova, she has my e-mail adress for further correspondence.

Yours faithfully,
