Dear Energy,
In addition to the request already placed with you and referring to Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 on public access to EU documents and to the 'Aarhus Regulation' (see note), I would herewith like to ask for access to the following:
- All correspondence (including e-mails) between the Commissioner for Energy and/or officials and representatives of the DG on one hand and representatives of;
- the international federation of industrial energy consumers
- European Chemical Industry Council (CEFIC)
- Agricultural Industries Confederation (AIC)
- Industrieverband Agrar
- and Prospero & Partners
concerning the issue of the EU Emission trading System and/or natural gas import and production and/or unconventional gas exploitation and/or the 2030 Eu climate and energy framework from December 2014 till now (June 2017).
- A list of all meetings between the above mentioned actors in this time frame
- minutes of meetings listed above
And:
- All correspondence (including e-mails) between the Commissioner for Energy and/or officials and representatives of the DG on one hand and representatives of fertilizer producers and fertilizer interest groups (such as Fertilizer Europe, European Fertilizers Import Association, European Sustainable Phosphorus Platform, European Crop Care Association, Nutrient Platform, YARA S.A, Association for a better European Access to Nutrients, Asociación Nacional de Fabricantes de Fertilizantes (ANFFE), Association des Producteurs Européens de Potasse (APEP), Hellenic Fertilizer Association, CEN Technical Committee 260, European Consortium of the Organic-based Fertilizer Industry (ECOFI), European Organic Fertilizers Manufacturers Association (EUROFEMA), Alliance Européenne des Engrais Phosphatés (AEEP), European Biostimulants Industry Council (EBIC), Agricultural Industries Confederation (AIC), Mosaic, The Fertiliser Institute, International Fertiliser Industry Association, International Plant Nutrition Institute)

I would like to make clear I prefer you produce the documents on a rolling basis. At no point should the Commission’s search for—or deliberations concerning—certain documents delay the production of others that the Commission has already retrieved and elected to produce.
To the extent possible, I prefer the documents in electronic format.
Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6. I reserve the right to appeal.
Please confirm having received this application. I look forward to your reply within 15 business days, according to the regulation.
