Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

We refer to your initial application for public access to documents dated 2 June 2022 and registered in OLAF under reference number Ares(2022)4458097.
Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a position to complete the handling of your application within the time limit of 15 working days.
An extended time limit is needed for necessary internal consultations.
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in accordance with Regulation (EC) N° 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents. The new time limit will expire on 15 July 2022.

OLAF has identified a list with all the contracts concerning OCM from 2012 to date. This list contains the year of the contract, reference of the contract and the amount of each contract. Could you please confirm that this is what you are requesting by your application?

We are finishing the reply to your request and you will receive it soon in the upcoming days.
In this sense, I would like to recall that, according to Article 2 of the Detailed Rules for the Application of Regulation 1049/2001, the deadline for reply shall run only from the time when the Commission has receive the additional information from the applicant making it possible to identify the documents requested.
In this case, after having received your reply to our request for clarifications on 5 July 2022, the new deadline for replying is by 27 July 2022.
