I would like to narrow my request down to only include

1) A list of all DG Energy's correspondence (including e-mail) with, and documents from, representatives from the Energy Charter Secretariat and the Legal Advisory Committee of the Energy Charter Treaty in the period from 1st of January 2016 to 22nd of May 2017. I would like the list to include:
- name, employer and position of sender
- names, employers and positions of all recipients
- date and topic of the correspondence

2) A list of meetings between DG Energy officials and/or representatives (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and representatives from the Energy Charter Treaty secretariat or the Legal Advisory Committee of the Energy Charter Treaty in the period from 1st of January 2016 to 22nd of May 2017. I would like the list to include:
- date of the meeting
- topic of the meeting
- name, employer and position of all attendees of the meeting

accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 23/07/2017.
 
We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
