Dear Energy,

In accordance with Regulation 1049/2001 and Regulation 1367/2006 as amended by Regulation 2021/1767, I am requesting documents that contain the following information:

All documentation (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, recordings and minutes/notes) relating to meetings between the entities listed below and the Commission (Commissioner Simson, and/or her cabinet, and/or officials from DG Energy), in which the EU's response to Ukraine invasion, particularly the "REPowerEU: Joint European action for more affordable, secure and sustainable energy" plan was discussed:

- entities: Hydrogen Europe, Air Liquide, Hydrogen Council and European Biogas Association,

- multilateral development banks: European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and European Investment Bank (EIB).

I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready. I would prefer to receive documents in electronic format.

Yours faithfully,

Gligor Radečić

Dear Mr Radečić,

We refer to your e-mail of 19 April 2022, in which you make a request for
access to documents, registered on the 20 of April under the above
mentioned reference number. Your application is currently being handled.

However, we will not be in a position to complete the handling of your
application within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires on 12
May 2022.

An extended time limit is needed as the application concerns documents
held by different Services, which must be consulted.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 07 June 2022.

We apologize for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yours faithfully,
