Dear Ms Verheecke,
We would like to clarify your request.
Are you asking for
a) a list of meetings and encounters plus email and letter exchanges and
phone conversations
or
b) solely a list of meetings, encounters, email/letter exchanges and phone
conversations (not the documents themselves)?
Awaiting your reply, with kind regards,
Yours sincerely,
