Dear Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1- All briefings, minutes of meetings, and correspondence (including email, SMS, private twitter and WhatsApp) since 1st January 2003 between representatives of the Scientific Committee on Occupational Exposure Limits (SCOEL), and representatives of ‘Concawe’ or with PR companies or law firms representing 'Concawe', in which 'benzene' OR the specific following regulations were discussed :
-DIRECTIVE 2004/37/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 29 April 2004 on the protection of workers from the risks related to exposure to carcinogens or mutagens at work
-Directive (EU) 2017/2398 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2017, amending Directive 2004/37/EC amending Directive 2004/37/EC on the protection of workers from the risks related to exposure to carcinogens or mutagens at work
-Directive (EU) 2022/431 amending Directive 2004/37/EC on the protection of workers from the risks related to exposure to carcinogens or mutagens at work
At no point should the Commission’s search for—or deliberations concerning—certain documents delay the production of others that the Commission has already retrieved and elected to produce.
To the extent possible, I would prefer the documents in electronic format but if that is not possible please use the following postal address:
VOLUMES Coworking
