Dear Energy,
I have now narrowed down the number of external companies/associations. I am interested in the following ones:
Bioenergy Europe, AS Graanul Invest, Enviva, US Industrial Pellet Association, Drax Group plc, Eesti Tööandjate Keskliit, Swedish Forest Industries Federation, AGRICORD, LRF Federation of Swedish Farmers. I hope this will make it more manageable.
I argue that this request is of overriding public interest, since it is part of a journalistic project.
Yours faithfully,
Heino Ollin

Dear Energy,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Correspondence of Commissioner Simson and her cabinet related to biomass', request nr. 2023/0369.
I made my original request on January 19 2023. I then narrowed it down to make it easier to handle on January 23 2023. Now the handling of my request is very long overdue. The last answer I got was "we are
still waiting for the contribution from one of the Services that we
consulted", even though I specified that I wish to get documents on a rolling basis if everything can not be handed out at once.
By law, under all circumstances, the authority should have responded by now.
A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/corre...
Yours faithfully,
Heino Ollin
