Correspondence on Europol working agreement with Tunisia
Dear European External Action Service,
A document circulated within the Council in December 2023 under the reference WK 16821/2023 INIT suggests that the European Commission is engaged in conversations with the Tunisian authorities for the establishment of a working arrangement between Tunisian authorities and Europol.
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I would like to request access to:
1- all correspondence and communications between Europol, DG_HOME and EEAS for the period from January 1, 2023 until today on the aforementioned agreement
2- all correspondence and communications between EEAS and Tunisian authorities for the period from January 1, 2023 until today on the aforementioned agreement
I define “correspondence and communications” as including (but not limited to) the following:
- Emails (and their attachments)
- Letters
- Memos
- Briefings
- Research documents
- Notes taken during telephone conversations
- Minutes taken during meetings
