correspondence with Concawe
Dear Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1- All correspondence (including email, SMS, private twitter and WhatsApp) since 1st January 2001 between representatives of DG Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion and representatives of ‘Concawe’ or with PR companies or law firms representing Concawe in which “occupational exposure” , or "diesel", or "air pollution", or "benzene" were discussed.
2- All briefings, minutes of meetings, and correspondence between representatives of DG Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion and representatives of ‘Concawe’ or with PR companies or law firms representing Concawe since 1st January 2001 , in which “occupational exposure” or "diesel", or "air pollution", or "benzene" were discussed.
I would like to make clear I prefer you produce the documents on a rolling basis.
At no point should the Commission’s search for—or deliberations concerning—certain documents delay the production of others that the Commission has already retrieved and elected to produce.
To the extent possible, I would prefer the documents in electronic format but if that is not possible please use the following postal address:
VOLUMES Coworking
78 Rue Compans, 75019 Paris
France
Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.
I reserve the right to appeal.
Please confirm having received this application. I look forward to your reply within 15 business days, according to the regulation.
Yours faithfully,
Agathe Bounfour

Dear Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'correspondence with Concawe'.
Indeed, the Commission extended the 15 days deadline but did not provide any specific date by which it would provide a response.
Additionally, the reason for extending the deadline was that there was no time to 'gather all the elements necessary', but the Commission could have already shared some of the documents already at it disposal, on a rolling basis, as my request originally mentioned.
A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/corre...
Yours faithfully,
Agathe Bounfour
