Ms Douo,

Concerning the management of your ongoing requests and the new requests
you want to create.

My suggestion:

You have launched around 30 requests since start of April
([1]https://www.asktheeu.org/en/user/myriam_... )

ONGOING REQUESTS

From DG ENER point of view, we are currently processing 5 requests (see
below the list).

They are clearly identified, they have a specific identifier / deadline,
assigned to ENER services.

We may perhaps continue with the ongoing requests, without changing their
scope.

NEW REQUEST(S)

For the additional bodies mentioned in your email, if it's easier for you
and your follow up, you may create one single new request:

"All correspondence on PCIs (between 26 April 2017 and 26 January 2018),
including emails, agendas, records of meetings, minutes of meetings,
participants lists and any other reports of such meetings, between
officials/representatives of DG ENER and the following bodies

- Alpe Adria Energia Srl

- Enagas Transporte S.A.U

- NET4DAS, s.r.o.

- Plinacro Ltd

- GASTRADE SOCIETE ANONYME and CONSTRUCTION AND TECHNICAL NATURAL GAS
COMPANY

- W-stream Caspian Pipeline Company Ltd

- TANAP DOGAL GAZ ILETIM ANONIM SIRKETI

- Ministry of Energy, Commerce, Industry of Cyprus and Tourism and Europa
Venure Ltd

- AB Amber Grid and AS Conexus Baltic Grid

- Operator Gazociagow Przesylowch GAZ-SYSTEM S.A and Energinet

- Element Power Ireland Limited "

Dear Ms Douo,

Your application for access to documents, registered under the above
mentioned reference number, is currently being handled.

However, we won't be in a position to complete the handling of your
application within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires on
18/05/2018.

An extended time limit is needed due to thorough analysis as to the
availability of the document requested.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 11/06/2018.

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Energy,

Thank you for the exchange of emails you sent me. It seems to be referring to a project application. In my request of 'all correspondence' I was including this as well. Therefore, please provide me with the project application.

Yours faithfully,
Myriam Douo

Dear Ms Douo,

We received your demand for additional documents linked to the request:

GestDem 2018/2246 - Initial request: All correspondence, including emails,
agendas, records of meetings, minutes of meetings, participants lists and
any other reports of such meetings between officials/representatives of DG
ENER and National Grid Interconnector Holdings Limited and
officials/representatives of DG ENER and Energiner.dk between 26 April
2017 and 26 January 2018.

Your new request:

" Thank you for the exchange of emails you sent me. It seems to be
referring to a project application. In my request of 'all correspondence'
I was including this as well.

Therefore, please provide me with the project application."

I'm sorry but the DG ENER services don't have this kind of documents: they
are received and managed by the European Network of Transmission System
Operators (ENTSO-E) - see the site: [1]https://www.entsoe.eu/about/.

The project application you are referring to is the application to become
a Project of Common Interest (PCI).

While the PCIs are a concept from the TEN-E Regulation and the Commission
decides on the identification of PCIs,

the applications to become a PCI are submitted to the ENTSO-E.

The Commission doesn't receive the project applications, applications are
made using an on-line tool developed and managed by ENTSO-E.

We don't have correspondence from project promoters concerning this
application as such.

We have only engaged with some of them concerning clarifications, where
necessary.

Best regards

Thierry LIBERT
