Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information (concerning the first version of the Cotonou Agreement (2000)):

Proposals and consultation papers for the Cotonou Agreement
Negotiation mandates and directives for the Cotonou Agreement
List of EU negotiators, trade experts, researchers involved in the preparation of the Cotonou negotiations
Impact analysis/assessments of the Cotonou Agreement (2000) (and any communication between the negotiators and trade experts/researchers about these reports)
Minutes/reports of the EU-ACP EPA negotiations (Sept. 2002- Sept. 2003)
